“I found the online sales helped massively – I do not have much available time to visit retailers due to a heavy workload, so have to work around this. Online availability was a godsend, especially as my nearest stockist (Dunwoody’s) is not really very local. The only thing that was of note, and because of the nature of your business is totally to be expected was that some of the stated lengths were actually different, but a representative rang and spoke to my wife, and with my written calculations to hand the two of them were able to work out what was needed and re spec the order. This I feel was fantastic service and would like to pass on my thanks.
So I am very pleased that I used Hoppings/Dunwoody’s and should I need to, will use again. The service was first rate, the online sales a lot less painful than I was expecting, delivery was prompt, early and efficient and the price was good.
The online video’s also helped – I’m a computer Engineer by trade, so making a deck was a first, but I’ve attached a pic of the almost finished design, which has turned out really well.”

“Overall I was happy with the service provided by yourselves and Chelmsford Plastic Warehouse. They called to arrange delivery within the timescale stated and were happy to wait until I was ready to accept. There did seem to be a bit of a lack of internal communication when I called to arrange delivery but the appropriate person called back and arranged without a problem.
My wife was here to accept delivery and the delivery driver turned up on time and was helpful and polite.”

“Overall, the process of buying Q-Deck online was very smooth. Dunwoody’s were excellent in their delivery process from the call to arrange delivery to the drop-off.
Decking has gone together really well and the instructional videos very helpful – in fact they have inspired my father to get on and build some decking in his garden now he has seen how relatively easy it is.
Some of your competitors also supply the wood, fixtures and fittings needed in a “kit” form. I managed to work out what I needed and calculated all various components required but you might have some success with selling a standard size “kit” for a level foundation and a raised “kit” across various dimensions as this would ease the sales process.”
