Manufacturers of Q-Deck® decking products, Hoppings Softwood Products are an independently owned softwood timber importer and manufacturer.
We have two branches, one in Epping Essex (HQ) and one in Lingfield Surrey.
We employ over 60 staff.
We have been established for over 80 years and are now one of the leading machined wood suppliers to London and the South East.
We have long standing relationships with many top Scandinavian sawmills.
Our purchasing decisions are influenced by the information we obtain from suppliers relating to their environmental practices and the areas from which their raw materials are sourced. Respect for the environment is an essential part of our business. We are committed to an environmental purchasing policy.
We supply a wide range of softwood products solely to the Timber and Builders merchant sector and support them fully in terms of product quality and service. Some of our customers that commit to stocking a range of products become 'stockists' and benefit from enhanced service levels and additional promotion/marketing support.
Over the last 7 years and for our customers benefit, we have branded our machined product ranges as a confirmation of quality. Our customers and their customers are coming to rely more and more on these brands and the associated support.
